I just wanted to let you know that our crawfish boil was a huge success. Everyone was saying that it was some of the best and most flavorful crawfish that they have ever had. I used your tips to cook the crawfish and they came out cooked perfectly. I told everyone about your seasoning, so I am guessing you will be picking up a few more customers. Growing up in South Louisiana will turn anyone into a food snob, especially cajun food, so as a Louisiana native, I am suspect of spices and foods that claim to be cajun. Ron & Jerry's surpassed my expectations by a long shot. I have had their spice on both shrimp and crawfish and LOVE it! Anyone looking for a great boil mix will not be disappointed.

Just wanted to let you all know that the White Trash Boil was OUTSTANDING! We got soooo many compliments it was crazy! LOL. We felt like we were certified Cajuns after our crawfish boil this weekend. Just wanted to let you guys know how I feel about White Trash...About a year ago I became addicted to boils of any kind. Whether it be shrimp, crab, and or crawfish it's one of my favorite meals. At this point I've tried just about all of the cajun spices and boils around, and White Trash is BY FAR the best. Perfect amount of bite and awesome flavor. It's now the only boil I purchase and I do mini boils at home for my wife and I almost once a week. So yes, I'm the guy who's cleaning out V Richards of White Trash.
